The QUEMADA lamp merges the stepped geometries of pre-Hispanic pyramids with the raw futurism of Blade Runner. Handcrafted in steel and horsehair –materials rooted in ranching and saddlery– this statement piece transforms the humble textures of the stable into an elegant, monumental lighting fixture. QUEMADA evokes the grandeur of Mexico’s 19th-century neo-Aztec pavilions and the brutalist viñettes of Total Recall. Produced in collaboration with the Rodríguez family workshop in Cajititlán, Jalisco.
