David Cruz of Blackman Cruz extends the gallery's aesthetic beyond Los Angeles. The rental home, CASA NUEVE is a 4200 sq feet colonial home with three large bedroom suites and panoramic views located in the Balcones Section of San Miguel de Allende. It is a short ten minute walk to the Historic Centro and Jardin.
San Miguel Allende is a UNESCO world heritage sight and the town is a remarkable example of 16th century Spanish Colonial Baroque architecture. It has a thriving art scene and cultural festivals year round. With it’s temperate climate it appeals to visitors from diverse destinations. Color defines every moment in San Miguel. The buildings, gardens, interiors, sky and even the food. In fact it has become a culinary destination- attracting prominent chefs from Mexico City like Enrique Olvera at Moxi Restaurant and Matteo Salas at Aperi.
CASA NUEVE is monumental as well as an intimate environment. It has a spectacular panoramic view of the town and its surroundings. As in Blackman Cruz, the house combines our contemporary BC Workshop line with period pieces. A Bugatti throne, a 17th century confessionary, Mexican modernist & traditional pieces are all part of the collection. The house has six fire places. One in each of the three private bedrooms suites, one in the library, one in front of the jacuzzi and one in the living room. The garden level is private and has a large swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden. There are terraces and private balconies and the entire house enjoys the view with its ever changing light show.
Amongst other amenities, the house has a reverse osmosis water filter, WIFI, cable TV, enclosed garage, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, yoga room & props, maid service, as well as a cook on request.
It doesn’t take long for this magical city to make you feel at home and Casa Nueve is the perfect place to experience it.
