What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. For purchases totaling over $60,000, please call us at 323.466.8600 during normal business hours. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Product availability
Are all BC Workshop products in stock?
Our stock changes daily and items do sell out. We will notify you directly in the event that a product is not in stock. For items not in stock, please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery from the time of purchase.
Sales tax
Do I need to pay tax?
Absolutely. Unless you have a valid California Resale License or Blackman Cruz has in its possession a bill of lading proving that the item is to be shipped out of state, we must collect 9% California State Sales Tax for every item sold.

Shipping
How do I get my purchase shipped to me?
Shipping is not included in the purchase price. Because we sell items smaller than a mouse and larger than an elephant, it is impossible to automate this service at the time of sale. Every item is different and every buyer has specific requirements. Whether you want your item blanket-wrapped or crated, shipped air freight or slow boat, we want to make the shipping process as easy and economical as possible for you. Once your purchase is finalized, we will contact you to begin making shipping arrangements.
